NEW Changes to Freight Charges
Effective 22nd August 2011
You will get the cheapest and fastest freight we can
arrange.
We all
understand that freight charges are a necessary part of doing
business and here at Engineering Tools Australasia we strive to
keep freight charges as low as
possible. Because of rising freight costs we have decided
to implement an easier freight charging system.
All orders will in future attract a charge of $14 plus GST. This covers "Next Day Delivery" to anywhere in Australia, for orders 3kg or less in weight.
When we receive your order, we will assemble the order and Calculate
the Freight costs.
If the freight cost
is LESS than $14.00, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
We will still operate under our previoue Freight terms of, "if the freight on your order is under $25 we will charge your
credit card with the relevant cost amount" (e.g., $19.90) and send your
order.
If the freight cost is higher than $25 we
will PHONE you
with the freight charges, before we send the order. This gives you
the opportunity to know exactly how much freight is involved
if it is more than $25
and to approve the freight charges.
This should
not delay your order in any way, so long as you have included
with your order, a phone number we can easily contact you on.
Your Credit Card will not be debited with any
charges until you approve of the "above $25" freight
charges.
If you want the goods sent regardless of freight
costs, please add "Please send regardless of
freight cost" on the "ADDITIONAL NOTES"
box on the CHECKOUT page.
