SUPPLY ERRORS:
Any error in
supply must be notified to Engineering Tools Australasia within five (5)
working days of dispatch of goods.
RETURN OF GOODS:
- A Return Authority Number must be obtained
before the return of any goods.
- All returns must be freight
PREPAID.
- Replacement, repairs and credits will be at the
sole discretion of Engineering Tools Australasia.
- Goods will only be credited if returned in
salable condition.
- A surcharge of 10% may be charged as a
restocking fee on returned goods.
- Back orders will not be held unless specifically
requested by the customer.
- Goods ordered as "SPECIALS" eg. Code 3 - Iscar,
cannot be returned or exchanged after order is placed.
TERMS OF
PAYMENT:
Payment must be
made before goods are supplied.
TITLE OF GOODS:
Title to goods does not pass until goods have been paid for
in full with clear funds.
